The point, Rivas
A point on the Rivas coast, not Playa Maderas. Popoyo is the named wave people mean when they say Nicaragua, a consistent right, a dirt town, camps in the trees. Maderas is the other bay, closer to San Juan del Sur. This page is the point.
When.
April to October
South swell in the wet months. The point holds a lot of the year.

- 1. This is not Maderas and it is not San Juan del Sur beach. Different bay, different wave.
- 2. Walk the point. The first takeoff is not the only section.
- 3. The wet-season south is the window people name. A small day can still be a point day.
- 4. The town is small. The camps sit on the dirt.
