Bathsheba, the east coast
The reef at Bathsheba on the east of Barbados. Soup Bowl is the Atlantic side, not the west-coast swim. A right that stands up on coral. The town is small. The trade will try to ruffle the face.
When.
November to April
North and northeast swell in winter. The east coast takes it. The west is the other island.
Worth knowing.
- 1. This is not a west-coast beginner beach. The reef is close and the Atlantic is the ocean.
- 2. Watch a set from the rocks at Bathsheba. You will know if it is your day.
- 3. Winter is the window. The rest of the year is often a look, not a session.
- 4. Bridgetown is the other side of the island. The east is a different trip.
